My name is Stig Ernsund. Besides being an author, I offer life coaching and communication counseling services online. 

Below, I list my main formal training in coaching and communication. It is in chronological order. This area was for a long time a hobby of mine. I have university degrees in, e.g., law, and worked for many years as a lawyer. That career gave me further valuable experience in talking with all kinds of people. Moreover, I was for several years a coach in youth football/soccer in my spare time. As a person, I am friendly, warm, and honest, and I find it easy to make good contact and to inspire and stimulate. Even my fundamentally positive outlook is of great benefit.
